This is truly going to be a wild month - and perhaps not in the neon disco way you want. Mercury slides into Mars on May 1st, creating a frenzied feeling that you have so many ideas and so much to do. However, Mercury also goes retrograde in Pluto on May 2nd, which stifles honesty and frankness. You might feel like there’s a lot more than meets the eye. That’s true. Don’t stress over it though, and make the best choices you can given your limited perspective.
Meanwhile, the Taurus new moon on May 4th does bring you closer to your own personal goals and truth - and your identity. You will feel freer than you have in years, and discover parts of yourself and your desire that have been in hibernation. Embrace this. Go on a personal journey of sorts, whether that’s starting a new yoga class or taking a solo trip somewhere.
Then, on May 18, the Scorpio full moon is all about partnerships and love. This is a turning point for you, and it indicates a deep respect and intimacy, whether it’s romantic or platonic. Invest in something good that makes you feel magical.
Here we go:
You feel calm and at ease with yourself this month. Enjoy it. Treat yourself.
You are at once craving stability but also fearful of committing to someone you aren’t sure about. Take a risk. It might be worth it. Worst thing is? It doesn’t work out.
Stop trying to put on a show for other people. Just be you. Be honest. And stop allowing your insecurities and jealousies eat away at you and influence your view of others.
You are all in right now, with everything, whether it’s your job or your partner. You feel at once like you’ve finally made it, and also worry that it will all fall apart. Sometimes, we do get to have everything. You deserve it.
Stop overthinking everything. This is your favorite thing to do and sometimes, it’s also your biggest weakness. Just go with it.
You are on fire with ideas this month. Don’t stop yourself or limit what you can do. Start that project, sign that contract.
You’ve been hiding a lot lately. Be honest with yourself and others. Aren’t feeling your relationship or current situation? Be honest. Start to plan for the changes you want to make. You only live one life.
You are in a nesting mood and feel all the love from everyone and everything. Let yourself love and be loved. Love yourself first, always. You often love other people before yourself, so don’t lose sight.
Work is your everything right now. You are wrapped up in your financial goals and that’s OK. Just don’t forget to breathe.
You aren’t sure how to read the people around you, especially the person you care about most. Just be upfront and ask if you aren’t sure.
This is a month for you to immerse yourself in a long-standing goal and dream you’ve had for a long time. Study, research.
You feel light this month. You’ve had a hard year in a lot of ways, often bouncing between different needs and wants (and not to mention, relationship ups and downs). Suddenly, you feel open to everyone. That’s a good thing and means you should allow yourself to bond with friends new and old.
