In a set of weekly playlists, Chloë Moloney gives us an insight into the music which has had an effect on both her mood and mental health this week.
BY CHLOE MOLONEY
Over the past week, I’ve been revisiting a few old favorites. Growing up, my friends teased me about my so-called ‘outdated’ and ‘old fashioned’ music taste. Nevertheless, I didn’t let that get in the way of appreciating what I consider to be some of the best music around. I worshiped these songs as a teenager, and it has been refreshing to rejuvenate a bit of that love.
Copperline – James Taylor
On My Own – Patti LaBelle ft. Michael McDonald
I Won’t Back Down – Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers
Gypsy – Fleetwood Mac
I hope the playlist this week fills you up with nostalgia and good vibes.
Happy listening!
